Ginger Hill is a Nashville-based studio helping e-commerce brands grow through strategic web design, branding, and retention marketing. We’re looking for a talented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the dynamic world of e-commerce and loves working with Shopify and Klaviyo.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with updates on clients' Shopify websites, ensuring they’re always looking their best and functioning flawlessly.

• Work with the Creative Director to assist in new Shopify site builds by following a detailed sitemap and design mockup.

• Design and schedule Klaviyo emails that drive engagement and revenue.

• Support with product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing site optimizations.

About You:

• You have a deep understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo and experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

• Coding skills are not required, but familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.

• You have a knack for good design and understand how to make things look polished and on-brand.

• You’re a great communicator and can work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative environment.

Details:

• Contract role: 5-10 hours per week, with room to grow.

• Flexible, remote work environment.

• Competitive hourly rate ($35-$60+ per hour) based on experience.
